How we send

Every edition of L'Atelier by Carter Beau is sent with Royal Mail, fully tracked, so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

You will receive tracking details for each order, and you are welcome to watch its progress from the moment it leaves us.

Within the United Kingdom

UK orders travel by Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving within three to five working days of dispatch.

Beyond the United Kingdom

International orders travel by Royal Mail International Tracked, typically arriving within five to twelve working days, depending on the destination and on customs clearance.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing may extend them, and may require you to settle any import duties or local charges before your edition is released to you.

How it arrives

Each edition is sent in a premium rigid mailer, made to guard against bends and damage in transit. The care we take in the printing is the care we take in the sending.

If something is wrong

If your edition arrives damaged, or there has been an error in fulfilment, please write to us at contact@carterbeau.com within seven days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will put it right.
