Historic physical orders

Carter Beau no longer offers physical editions for sale. Historic physical orders were sent with Royal Mail tracking and remain fully supported.

Within the United Kingdom

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. UK orders travel by Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving within three to five working days of dispatch.

Beyond the United Kingdom

International delivery is charged at a flat £9.95 per order. International orders travel by Royal Mail International Tracked, typically arriving within five to twelve working days, depending on the destination and on customs clearance.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing may extend them, and may require you to settle any import duties or local charges before your edition is released to you.

How it arrives

Each edition is sent in a premium rigid mailer, made to guard against bends and damage in transit. The care we take in the printing is the care we take in the sending.

If something is wrong

If your edition arrives damaged, or there has been an error in fulfilment, please write to us at contact@carterbeau.com, ideally within seven days of delivery so we can raise it with the carrier, with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will put it right. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, which apply in full whenever you contact us.
