Returns & Refunds

All sales are final

Every print edition of L'Atelier is produced in limited numbers and made to be collected, kept, and returned to. For that reason, all sales of physical copies are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your edition arrives damaged

There is one exception. If your edition arrives damaged, or there has been an error in fulfilment, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please write to us at contact@carterbeau.com within seven days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of both the item and its packaging. Once we have looked at it, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable remedy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you hold under the law that cannot be set aside by agreement.
