  • Any further changes may incur an additional fee or a small discretionary fee, depending on the extent of the revision.

  • If there are exceptional circumstances preventing the delivery of the service (e.g., technical issues on our platform), we will work with the customer to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
